Demand and end to having to rehome our dogs due to barking now!

Ive gotten two warnings from nl housing about my dog barking saying id either have to rehome the dog or get evicted . Our dogs should have the right to bark within the reasonable hours as long as there not barking through the night . we dont get evicted over our babies shouting and crying. Dogs can provide support to people with mental health issues . it is a proven study that animals can lessen anxiety and depression its an ongoing issue having to rehome our pets because of eccessive barking. To some people its just a dog but to me its my whole life and mental wellbeing.
