People should sign this petition if they believe government officials should abide by the same laws and restrictions as put upon all American citizens.

Smoking in federal buildings is against the law and should be enforced regardless who the offender. John Boehner feels he is above this law and chooses to ignore it by smoking in his office and other Federal Buildings such as the Capital Building.
