Bail For Incarcerated Juveniles

When a juvenile is incarcerated they are not allowed a bail so they have no choice but to stay inside the detention center. Juveniles are guilty until proven innocent and not innocent until proven guilty and that is a violation of our rights as U.S. citizens. Also while they wait for court inside the detention center they are abused by the corrections officers which deprive them of their food and hygiene privileges. Also while they are incarcerated in their cells they take away their clothes so they have to sleep practically naked. So please help us help our children. Thank you.
