Niv-Mizzet, Rakados, Isperia, Ghost Council Obzedat, and Feather all well-known names on the plane of Ravnica. These beings have been around for at most Ten thousand years, before the events of "Ravnica, City of Guilds" at the signing of the Guildpact. The dragonlords of Tarkir as an example took no more than two thousand and no less than one thousand years to grow into Elders. The Forgotten Elders of Ravnica demand their title's, Niv-Mizzet Elder dragon, Rakdos Elder Demon, Isperia Elder Sphinx, Obzedat Elder Spirit and Feather Elder Angel.
