Last week, DSF Administrators invited football parents to share their thoughts on important qualities/characteristics needed in the role as Head Football Coach. The top responses were: Good role model. Able to connect with and motivate young men. Provide regular, consistent communication to players and families. Be articulate. Have a commitment to the "family" concept already established in the program. Be a man of character. Be organized.
