Demand Justice for a Pet Deer that was Targeted and Killed by Trophy Hunters

A pet deer, who would let children ride on his back, has been targeted and killed by trophy hunters, according to a report in the Sydney Morning Herald.

Owners were shocked to find their beloved red deer Karl lying headless on their property in north-east Victoria.

The trophy hunters had hacked off the deer's head in what is thought to be a targeted attack because of the size of the stag's antlers, which would be worth up to $20,000.

The owners of Karl said in the report that he was majestic but gentle and would even eat out of their hands - and let children ride on his back!

Karl the pet deer did not deserve to die. Will you join me in urging justice for Karl the pet deer and urge the police to conduct a full investigation into his killing?
