Harsh punishment for child abusers

People have been getting off with probation or nothing for killing or abusing their children. Take for example the Casey Anthony case the mother got off with no punishment what so ever. This shows people hey she got off so can I.
This needs to stop immediately before anymore children are murdered. Please let's get this to stop as soon as possible. Thank you for your signature on this petition and your time
