The mentally ill need help not jail. A Safety Center is a place to police officers can take the mentally ill to get resources and help.

Lakeshore Mental Health facility was torn down to make room for parks and soccer fields. millions have been spent to develop the park ZERO has been spent to help the mentally ill

Mental illness is a disease that tells you that you are not sick. This vulnerable population is falling thru the cracks -being arrested over and over - never getting the help needed.
