Refusal to Grant Early Release of Jail for Tyrone Brent Hall, Murderer of Brandon Carroll

  • af: Wanda Carroll

In April 10, 2010, Tyrone Brent Hall (pictured) shot and killed Brandon Carroll,(age 20) both college students at Frostburg State University with a 12 gauge shotgun at his off campus resident.  Carroll, a new freshman at Frostburg had no weapon and when he tried to run after seeing the shotgun, Hall shot him in the stomach and another student in the leg and then proceeded to return in his apartment and offered no medical assistance as one student lie dying on his front yard and the other seeking medical assistance.  Asking support that Hall not be granted any credit for early release of a 5 year sentence he received.  He is a cold hearted killer and deserves to stay in jail without no credit for early release.
