Release Robert Holland Koon from 26 yr Injust imprisonment

ONLINE PETITION This is a petition to solicitor Barry Barnett and SC Attorney General Alan Wilson To petition for the release of Robert Holland Koon from from 26 years of imprisonment steaming from two 1986 office burglary. Koon 595se2d456 (2004) in which the victem Harry Lovelace of Correll Insurance Company has come forward to show that the police of Gaffney City PD Weaver and doug harvey presented false evidence to Magistrate James Love to obtain warrants for a second degree burglary of a monument company\car lot. Once Koon posted $10,000 bond detective weaver again presented false testimony to Mag. Love to charge himCudd-Lovelace office break in Without any evidence what so ever solely to revoke Koons $10,000 bond. Koon then retained counsel gary mallard who will affirm that GCPD contacted Koon OUTSIDE THE PRESENCE OF HIS COUNSEL AND COERCED KOON INTO PLEAING GUILTY TO 10 YEARS UPON THAT IF HE DIDNT HE RECIEVE 40 YEARS. The solicitor Holman Gossett knowing police had presented false testimony to obtain the arrest warrant then presented the same prejured arrest affidavit to grand jury to secure an indictment. And failed to correct the false testimony which is the eessence of prosecutorial misconduct that was addressed in the 1986 Cherokee county death penalty case of Ernst Riddle 631se2d70 (2006)which involved the same GCPD detectives same year. Riddle was released from Death Row and prison. While Koon remains unable to get same U S constitutional principles applied to his case -and the pattern of misconduct in Koon is established thru the victim Mr Lovelace.
