Put a fence through kings cliff road to stop damage of cars and any more dead animals

Many people use kings cliff road late at night, as we have no small fence throughout the whole road, large animals such as badgers and dears can appear out of no were and cause substantchal amounts of damage to cars, I personally have damaged 4 cars due to wild life and almost lost my life, I impacted a badger and lost control of my car and woke up after a comer, all we need to stop this is a four ft fence throughout the Kings cliff road.
