Regulate Imported Beef

Where was your beef born, raised, and processed? If you buy your beef at the grocery store or eat in a restaurant there is no way to know if your beef was grown/processed in Argentina, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay, Nicaragua, or several other countries including Namibia Africa! Actually, when large shipments of imported beef arrive at beef processing facilities in our country the processors are allowed to remove the foreign country-of-origin label, toss it in the trash and affix a "Product of U.S.A." on the repackaged imported beef along with a "USDA Inspected" label! What a farce. You are being deceived by this import deception!
Is your beef properly inspected for disease, antibiotics, hormones, and other unnatural substance
We know domestic beef is, but we do not know for certain about imported beef. Our government conducts only periodic inspections of foreign beef plants and foreign cattle are not required to meet the same livestock production standards required of American producers.

Protect the American cow/calf producer and demand that beef consumers can choose American beef. Congress must reinstate . Mandatory Country of Origin Labeling. (MCOOL) Join TAPPPS GROUP on Facebook for more.
