Find and suspend Hammond, Indiana police officer for abusing animals!

Police officers are getting away with too many things and this needs to stop. A police officer in Hammond,  Indiana has just recently shot a family pet named Lilly. Lilly is owned by Norma Maldonado; Norma's children and dog, Lilly, were standing in the yard on the side of the house, confined by an electric fence, when an officer jumped out of his car without saying a word and shot Lilly in the face.  In front of the children, no less! The officer could have missed and hit the kids!

Another recent case of incidents with the Hammond police is when they were caught on video, beating there K9. This is not okay. Abusing animals is not okay! We need to speak up and call these people out!

Sign my petition and bring justice,  not only to Lilly but to other dogs they may have injured as well!
