Fix our profit share! Don't rob us of our Christmas bonuses!

    Dear; Mr. Emidio Di Meo, President Amhil North America

    For over a year now, there has been ongoing issues and errors with profit share pay, from people being missed all together, to long time employees being severely underpaid vs new employees, the list goes on. Now on top of everything else almost 300 of Amhil North America front line workers have been stripped of their profit share hold backs from Q1, Q2, Q3, and all of Q4, effectively robbing them of their Christmas bonuses. All of these employees are loyal and hard working employees who pour their blood, sweat, and tears into their work. This is a company that grosses over 60 million in sales each year due to the contribution of each of the employees.

    They blame this on an accounting error that has misplaced 3 million dollars.

    First of all...They have the means to and should absorb this lose rather than to pass it on to their employees.

    Secondly, profit share is written into our emploment agreements.

    Thirdly, 20% hold backs  from quarters 1-3 were already allocated to us. How could we not be at least given what is already ours?

    Cost of living has sky rocket, from the cost of groceries, to the cost utilities, everything has increased drastically. Many of your employees families count on this to pay their bills, put food on their tables, and to provide Christmas for their children.

    This is an insult to all of us, who have continually shown we're loyal to Amhil Enterprises by working hard to bring forth changes for growth.
