Open a Sephora in Oman (Muscat)

There used to be a Sephora store in Muscat, Oman back in 2009, but for some unknown reason it was shut down. We assume it was because people didn't have enough knowledge about branded, good quality makeup or even how to apply it. Nowadays we have huge influencers on YouTube which everyone can access, that helped people with how to use what product and with what tool. Oman is situated 4-6 hours away from Dubai, where most people just go on holiday for 3 or 7 days. On which going to Sephora is a must! We demand branded good quality makeup, we would like you to give us a second chance in opening a store in Muscat. Instagram Retailers take 100% advantage in selling overpriced products from Sephora and since we can't access products from Sephora we don't have any other choice but to buy from them or wait for our next trip to Dubai.
