Petition ICBC to permanently revoke the license of Kevin Simmons aka "Canada's Worst Driver Ever"

On the widely viewed show Canada's Worst Driver, Kevin Simmons has demonstrated himself to be an exceptional risk to the public, and it was the opinion of independant experts that his license be removed. Other drivers with similar results were investigated by their respective provincial license authorities. BC should follow suit.

This is a petition to ICBC to 1) immediately suspend Kevin Simmons' drivers license, and 2) require a retesting of Kevin Simmons, 3) initiate a special investigation into the necessity permanent revocation of Kevin Simmons' drivers license.
