Make Windsor And City Council Responsible For ALL Garbage Pickup

With the City Of Windsor implementing a by-law stating that all garbage must be placed in a hard shell garbage container, and garbage that is not in these containers will not be collected, this has caused issues with garbage being left in alleys and other locations, where animals will still get to it, as well as being a source for incendiary fires. We the undersigned would like the City of Windsor to enforce that ALL GARBAGE, whether it be in bags, or hard shell containers, be picked up weekly. We the undersigned would also like to have the City of Windsor set one day a month for each ward, to do pickups of appliances, furniture, mattresses, etc. for free.
