Stop Greyhound Racing

The greyhound racing industry treats greyhounds like machines. For the few minutes that a dog spends on the track, there are many hours a day that a greyhound racing dog will be cramped up in cages and kennels.

Sickness and injuries can occur because of racing- such as including broken legs, heatstroke, and heart attacks. During a three year time period,  500 greyhounds were injured on Massachussets tracks. Greyhounds are drugged to increase quality of performance, females are given steriods and cocaine has been found at many greyhound racing events. Many greyhounds died on a  100-mile trip between Naples, Florida, and Miami. 

We need to tell the president to stop this cruelty. By signing your name, you will never go to greyhound races, and you are helping to protect the greyhounds. Let's make it illegal to race greyhounds in all states and in D.C.
