Its time to get paid equally!

Women have been fighting to have the same rights as men since the 1900’s and still seem to fall short when it comes to employment compensation. The Equal Pay Act of 1963 should be turned into a law and allow women to receive equal compensation as the men who are performing the job. As Oprah Winfrey said “it doesn’t matter who you are, or where you came from. The ability to triumph begins with you. Always”, this shows how anyone can triumph if they strive for it. Nowadays women are just as capable as men to do anything.
