Smarter drivers make less crashes!

People who skip grades or are born in the summer are younger than their friends. So if their friends get to drive before them, but they have the same smarts, is that fair? If my petition gets enough signatures I will call a Wisconsin legislator that could make my petition a law. If that happened, sophomores who receive all as in core classes of their freshman year would receive their license on September 1. Sophomores who receive as and bs in core classes of September and October would receive their license on December 1. Sophomores who received passing grades in December, January and February would receive their license on March 1.
