Discrimination and wrong inappropriate bedside manner

Time and time again low-income individuals are looked down upon, Patience of the Lompoc hospital or treated unfairly put into waiting room put in the hallways naked without being covered by up looked upon ,frowned upon ,and then care for depending on personal opinion of staff and nurses along with Emergency room doctors the type of care given a individual receives. My concern is that certain individuals depending on their characteristics or the way they look will be determine the kind of care they get when serious issues could be overlooked due to the lack of concern for the lower class of society. Solution undercover patients that are in Superior positions of the hospital come through the hospital looking as if they are a lower-income citizen of society in the community to experience the full effect of the treatment that lower class lower-income homeless individuals receive. Also another solution maybe drug testing of individuals that come in for care both homeless and non homeless.
