To chip and seal the roadway for health purposes

A few years ago, this road was chipped and sealed. The county came in and changed the road back to gravel. They can't seem to maintain the gravel, which causes a lot of dust, Lyme dust, which is a health hazard to the people that live in this condition. The county has plenty of money to maintain, chip and seal roads north of Clay City. They should do the same for the people south of Clay City. We pay our taxes the same as everyone else. We expect this problem to be handled in a timely manner and without hesitation. This is a very strong petition to the road commissioners of Clay County, Indiana.
