The Protection, Breeding limitation and Monitoring law for Canines

We are calling on David Cameron to make changes in the current law to protect the welfare/safety and breeding limitations of dogs.
To make puppy mills/caged breeding illegal with severe penalties if ignored.
Calling on a national database to enforce standards of safety of breeders.
For there to be a national database of animal abusers which is monitored and linked to other organisations where safety of the vulnerable is paramount.
For harsher penalties for the offence of animal abuse.
As of April 2016, chipping dogs will be mandatory. We ask for the Breeders details to be included as well as the owner.
That Microchip identification scanning be enforced at the start of any veterinary/authority encounter where an animal is a stray/lost/found.
