Demand All Illinois Waitress Personnel Be Paid Minimum Wage In Addition to Tips

There is big discrepancy between what a waitress is paid at one restaurant compared to another restaurant. One restaurant pays $4.95 per hour in addition to tips while another restaurant may pay Illinois minimum wage of $8.25 per hour in addition to tips. This is unfair. Every waitress should be paid minimum wage in addition to her/his tips. Waitresses need to know that they will have at least minimum wage compensation for their work. Waitresses are arbitrarily tipped according to how customer rates service received or how much extra money customer has to leave tip. This is unfair to waitress personnel who need to know at least what their basic paycheck will be.
