End to live tv football blackout on Saturdays between 2:45 and 5:15.

This law was put in place in the early 1960's to protect clubs from falling attendences. Given both the cost and interest in the game today, a change to the law would not have any effect on the people who go to games. This would also stop pubs from having to use illegal, foreign feeds, in otder to satisfy the demand for Saturday afternoon games.
