Ban the worst and most prolific spoofer in our town

SpencerChao23 is a spoofer that regularly hold multiple gyms in our area. Further, he has created several other accounts ImaQueenMaster, Cambodia2019, and jojolove in order to fill his gyms. He uses multiple devices, and this allows him to function as a team onto himself. If individuals try anf take one of his regular gyms, he malicious targets as many of that player's gyms as he can find, often taking the gym to neutral state without filling it. Many in our town and our Facebook raid group have reported his actions to you, Nantic, so we are forced to petition you. Please ban this player and all of his accounts.
