Fire Saraland, AL Police who used unnecessary force in unlawful detainment of Chikesia Clemons

Chikesia Clemons of Mobile, Alabama ordered her food at a Saraland Waffle House, only to be charged for cutlery. When she refused to pay for cutlery, for which she had not been charged ever before, she asked to speak to management.

The Waffle House employee, instead called the police, and upon arrival, instead of asking her to leave, she was aggressively detained, her breasts exposed in front of the entire restaurant, her body violated, choked, dragged, and arrested without cause.

This was all recorded on a cellphone video and aired on Facebook. The Waffle House stands by the police. The police department stands by this unlawful arrest and unnecessary abuse of force against a non-violent, compliant victim.

These "officers of the law" should be removed from their positions, as they serve as a threat.
