Change punishment for children left in cars.

In average 37 children die from the heat and dehydration after parents or guardians "forget" or intentionally leave them in a car. Here in texas the summer days can reach 105 degrees, and its much hotter inside the car. At the moment, parents who leave their children in a hot car are only charged with child neglect if a child is rescued in time and in most cases when a child dies the parent(s) are charged with abuse, neglect and child abandonment. This needs to stop. Parents and guardians who leave intentionally or accidently children in a car and the child dies the person should be charged with murder and if the child is alive then be charged with attempted murder. Harsher punishment will get people to make better choices.
