Demand Justice Scalia cease creating religious law by fiat.

Justice Scalia is basing rulings based on catholic principles so in effect establishing a Christian laws by fiat. He has been stating his intentions publicly and intimated others are doing the same in the SCOTUS. So in effect is subverting the 1st amendment of the U.S.constitution. With +310 different religions with 2500 denominations in the U.S. ,the 1st amendment is one of the most critically used amendments for a free and diverse society.
