stop breed restrictions

Banning certain types of dog breeds. There needs to be a "meet & greet" & or possibly a vote among the tenants & landlord in the building if you & your pet are welcome. I am a new yorker having to decide to either rehome my pets due to no fault of their own just because of their breed. This is not fair to pet owners or thier pets who have done nothing wrong but be what they are. If you raise a dog correctly there is no issue. The dogs are not the problem. It's the people that choose to bring them up mean to guard or protect themselves or property is where things get into a grey area. Stop breed restrictions & make animal abusers register as sex offenders do before making more people& families give up our loving harmless pets.
