Installation of concrete curbing along residential street

The residential street, South Ocelot south from Lakeshore Drive to Middle Road, and East Chestnut Street west from Serval Street to South Ocelot Street has no curbing, and storm sewer drains at each of the four corners. The street(s) are without curbing allowing for the run-off of rain water to build up along the edge of the street creating a break down of the pavement edges and mud and debris buildup.
