Stop Holocaust for dogs and cats in Barranquilla

In Barranquilla Colombia, the people is rising their voice to the Mayor of their city, Elsa Noguera, but she is ignorin their demands. She is building a place to burn to ashes the stray dogs and cats from the comunity, to make the city look "better" and "cleaner".

She is also setting a law, in that the people who has pets and dont keep them inside their property will have to pay a fee, as expensive as a car ticket, and most of the people in the comunity is in poor economical conditions, so their animals will be executed in a extreme cruel way.

Please help make the world turn their eyes to this atrocity.
