Petition to Delay Legal Action Against Homeowner's On Fordham Ct. because of their fence.

The Board of Directors of The Huntington Park Homeowners Association is and has been pursuing legal action against two homeowners on Fordham Court because of the height of their fence which border the park. The homeowner's are saying that they erected their fence because of the lack of security of the park.
We the residents of Huntington Park are requesting the board to delay any further actions until:
1. The fences are put in place(Which will prevent entry to the park unless you have a key) which will provide greater security for these homeowners
2. There is an attempt to reach a compromise with the two homeowners (After the park area is secured by fencing)
3. A committee be put in place to work with the two homeowners to reach a compromise.
