"Equal Pay Based On Skillset not Gender as a Female I Can and will Go Above and Beyond"

Pay inequality as a result of gender has been ignored for decades, females are perceived as less then and or inferior in the workplace, which concerns me as this directly affects our human, civil and constitutional rights, therefore what I would like to see happen now, is that gender inequality gap is eliminated by ensuring transparency during the hiring process, holding employers accountable for staying informed, front and centered in regards to economic trends, which are direct determinant factors ,such as inflation rate, cost of living by ensuring an strategic market rate analysis is conducted on a quaterly basis, to ensure gender equality becomes the way to operate moving forward, fair compensation based on skillset and or life learned experience.
