Paul Makonda, a Dar Es Salaam Regional Commissioner, has serious allegations on the legality of his Academic Certificates (Forgery); And more seriously, he, with a group of armed Army men, forcefully bashed into clouds media group station offices, and forced journalists to give to him a footage of a session (content) that he intended to spread, so as to revenge to Bishop Gwajima, who has stood firmly on insisting that he is forger, and needs to vacate from public office.
