Name Tommy Philman

Tommy Philman’s was a beloved gentleman at Bell High School. He dedicated his time, energy, and devotion to announcing all Bell High School Football games that were at home, as well as, keeping the score and time on all home Basketball games. In addition, he did so solely as a volunteer. As many of you are aware, Tommy Philman unexpectedly passed away a few days ago. In light of his passing and his dedication to Bell High School, I am starting this petition to memorialize the announcer’s box of Bell High School to him.
