Tougher laws needed to protect our Horses on the road

I am campaigning for tougher sentencing laws to protect our horses against reckless drivers. The sentencing is ridiculous, points and a fine for the deaths of 2 horses are outrageous, as well as injuries to riders the horse should also be recognized. Laws are stating that drivers  slow down when passing which is basic common sense, but people DONT which results in horrific circumstances which is why tougher sentencing will create massive awareness and recognition. This will also help both rider and horse. Support this cause to approach The House of Commons to change the SENTENCING
