The causes of mental disabilities and destructions of family values are the reasons behind the rate growth in the prison population and expansion of hospitals in the United State. At this time roughly 2.5 million people are behind bars not including hospitals and mental institutes. Mental health is one of the most urgent health problem of the twenty first century in the world especially in the United state of America.

One simple example is the richest country is the largest jailer in the world for humanity. Thus, it is wake-up call for all state in the union to legislate social justice system of united state for family values and moral values for human fealty.

The real question we should ask all law makers, why a person becomes murderer, rapist, thief, robber and drug user?

The longer sentence for all criminals are unquestionably necessary and helps to drop in such crimes, but system should be focused on how many criminals and how to warehousing them to change there mental illness. The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being is the force of love, ambitions and God.

It is time for each state in the union especially for the state of Connecticut to consider special rehabilitation program for family values, moral values and special incentive for poor families to keep them together for better society.

The benefit of redirecting non violent, first time drug offenders and other who are small criminals for rehabilitations based on family incentive, and for their kid%u2019s futures also clear there criminal record within five years so they can get a job for better life.

All states in the union should consider reducing hard penalties for non violent those who have families. It is time to reduce cost of prison camp of humanity that has been astronomical and estimated 60 billion dollars annual expense of hard working American tax payers.

The second most urgent issue is the mental health of future generations. Autism, depression, paranoia in America and cerebellum function in Middle East, Asia and South Asia.

It is all about Genes that are contributing about 60 percent to Childs risk of developing mental problems. One study has shown that the marriage between first cousins doubles the risk of cerebellum functions and other learning defects for brain.

The shared ancestry is increasing the risk of many neurological problems in all parts of the world. Other study has shown that baby food with too much iron can be contributing risk of learning problems it is time to reexamine baby food and family drinking habits for child health.

It is time to upgrade wounded social justice system by introducing human fealty (equal representation of humanity without biases for moral values ).

As you all may know a terrible flood has hit the country of Pakistan. Many people there are homeless and are in danger of dying due to the lack of food and medical treatment. Millions of children are left with on homes and some with no parents and siblings are sick due to waterborne diseases .

The overflow of environmental, political, war , radical and racial tragedies are full of tears and driving humanity at the edge. it is time for politically appointed humanitarian leaders to sacrifice special interest and help Pakistan.

The pain that is contributing in the chain of humanity is that there are millions of families and children%u2019s who are crying for help and not enough help. It is time for Citizen of United State and it's allied to show generosity for Pakistan.
