Stop The Production of Alcohol

Alot of our youth today go to clubs and drink, most of those kids are under age. They leave these clubs and drive while under the influence. They end up in accidents or worse they kill someone and ruin the rest of their lives or ruin another families lives. Peple fight to keep drugs banned but what about alcohol, why can't they just put a stop to the manufacturers making the alcohol.
