Dim the lights in the Metro North New Haven Line trains

It’s unnecessarily BRIGTLY LIT (not the good kind of lit, calm down) on the Metro North New Haven Line. Can we please lower the lights? At least on the trains before 7:30 AM if this is asking too much? Most riders either try to sleep or work off of a backlit electronic device. Who benefits from the blinding lights? Is there surgery going on in one of the cars that we are not familiar with?
The folks who try to sleep on the early trains (at least 85% of the riders) struggle to cover their eyes with ski hats, hoods, baseball hats, headbands, blackout eye covers - it’s silly, lower the lights Metro North!! Do right by your riders.

Free WiFi would be nice too, but let’s focus on cost saving efforts that improve your dedicated riders’ experiences first.

Thank you!
