TELL DNR TO STOP KILLING AND START HELPING OUR WILDLIFE!!

On May 9th, 2018 2 young moose were shot and killed by DNR officials after having been stranded on a main bridge in Jemseg, New Brunswick due to flood waters. Officials said that feeding the moose until relocation could be made possible was out of their capacity. DNR officials have taken the “kill first” route way too many times with our wildlife instead of doing what they’re supposed to which is to protect and maintain our wildlife. If they could get close enough for a kill shot they could get close enough to feed/ tranquilize for relocation. I think it’s about time DNR be reminded what exactly their job entails. Stop killing our wildlife just because it makes your job “easier”!!
