Open a Sanctuary for the Virginia Range Wild Horses

The Virgina Range in Western Nevada is a unique wild horse ecosystem not connected to any BLM controlled range.  It holds wild horses up to 2500 of them that actually have genetic roots to the original Spanish horses of the 17th century.  they run free on an area of Nevada that has no agriculture, yet from Nevada law of the 1800's  they are call estray, not wild. there is now significant movement in Nevada to preserve a large portion of their range as a Sanctuary. Please support this concept; it will cost the government nothing to do this just a change in attitude.
