Fortnite banns for no reasons

Fortnite sometimes banns our accounts for no reason, probably for a strange app that was running on your PC that was not for cheating, or because of a Virus, or stuff like that, a friend of mine lost his account with a lot of money payed for skins and save the world, as they have no proof that you cheated if you didn't they will just say that you cheated, I emailed them, after saying about proof I got no response, and so I thinking the persons that lost they're accounts for no reason should be given a second chance, also for every first time finding a cheater or cheat app, or maybe some no "cheat" apps, you should get a warning, and next time when this happens, just ban that account
