Martinsville, Indiana needs to make a change.  The current Noise Ordinance is vague and without consequence, and for apartment renters the landlords are helpless, and we are petitioning for that change.  We are working towards creating a new noise ordinance similar to that which is now in place for Bloomington Indiana.
