Require drug testing for welfare recipients

My dearest friend of over 60 years was brutally, viciously, savagely murdered by her daughter and duaghter 's boyfriend, both on meth. In Las Vegas, a large group of welfare recipients gets together, rents the cheapest dive, and then pools their welfare payments of $400/month each for rent and $200/month for food and they have plenty of combined funds to buy meth. My closest friend Kathy no longer has a voice, so let us be her advocates. Other states have already enacted this law to test welfare recipients for drugs. Let us join them in Kathy 's honor.
