SOFTEN THE SHOCK! URGE LAWMAKERS TO MOVE DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME FROM SUNDAY TO SATURDAY

On March 10, Americans will lose one hour of sleep by changing our clocks to Daylight Saving Time. The annual early Sunday time change results in Monday morning sluggishness and real problems including workplace fatigue, lower productivity and  a higher rate of workplace, school and traffic accidents.

If you are concerned about how DST affects our nation's sleep,  urge our lawmakers to consider switching DST from Sunday to Saturday and "soften the shock" ensuring more healthy sleep for all.
