A demand to stain homeowner fences in New Territory

As homeowners, we demand the ability to stain our cedar fences in New Territory. At present, the NT Modifications Committee does not allow any homeowner to stain their home fences… not even a natural-tone stain. We need to be able to stain our fences - in a pre-selected range of colors - instead of letting them turn to an unsightly gray color. We're not talking about having the ability to paint our fences; only stain. This move will improve the look of our residences and extend the life of all homeowner fences.
