Make ORV vehicles road legal in Macomb County

Currently, ORV Vehicles such as ATVs, Dirtbikes, and Snowmobiles are not legal to drive on any Macomb County road. In Macomb County, many farmers use ATVs as transportation to get to their fields. If they are caught driving them on public roads, they can get their vehicles impounded and heavily fined. There are also many people that hunt that use ATVs in the same way and can receive the same fines. In the winter some people need to critically get places during or after snowstorms that require them to ride their snowmobile instead of their car that may get stuck or be unsafe. This petition would make ORV vehicles legal to drive on all UNPAVED roads as long as the vehicle has an up to date registration and the operator has a valid drivers license.
