Demand WageWorks to stop stealing people's money and then holding it Ransom

Stop WageWorks from stealing money from hard working Americans. Money is tight these days and people know that budgeting is key to making the most out of every dollar.
When you budget money for commuting, you would like to know that money is not going to be stolen and then held hostage until you spend the same amount for the same commuting product by the very company, WageWorks, that sells itself as a allie in saving money.
Here's what happened to me and happens to thousands of others each month.
WageWork collects authorized funds pre-taxed from my paycheck for commuter tickets
The Tickets fail to arrive
WageWorks says to get a REIMBURSEMENT I have to spend tax $$ to purchased the tickets I already paid for with pre-tax dollars
Thereby holding pre-taxed money hostage until tickets payed for with post-taxed money is spent.
This is called RANSOMING money!!!
Wageworks then hides behind IRS laws

LETS TELL THEM STEALING MONEY AND HOLDING IT HOSTAGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
