We are FEd UP with animal cruelty sentences

Congress, legislators and judges we are FED UP with animal abusers getting off with a slap on the wrist and a "tsk tsk", as animal cruelty has been considered a Class A felony since 1/2016 by the FBI. It is long overdue that the minimium mandatory sentence(s) be set at 5 years in prison and carry a $5000.00 fine(s) per offense. Everyday, these defenseless voiceless animals are subject to HORRIFIC acts of cruelty, including deliberate starvation no water, BEATINGS, being chained up outside without adequate shelter from the heat and cold, rain ice/snow. Cats being microwaved until they explode, dogs being chained up to cars and dragged to their death, and to make matters even worse children are told to watch!
